The Wine Outlet BACON TASTING!

We at The Wine Outlet have a theory: most people like bacon. Well, we will put that to the test on June 25th, as we have our first annual BACON TASTING! What will comprise this tasting? We are putting together a 4 course sampler meal, food for sale, recipe cards, and of course, the wine that we think is incredible for the corresponding dish. Here is the lineup:

Course 1
Bacon Guacamole on Firehook Crackers
Paired with Etoile Sparkling Wine

Course 2
Truffle Cheddar Bacon Macaroni and Cheese
Paired with Terrazas Malbec and TBD

Course 3
My award winning Chili (of course with a bacon base!)
Paired with Numanthia Tinto de Toro (Tempranillo) and TBD

Course 4
Dark Chocolate Bacon Bars with a 7 Spice BBQ Rub
Paired with Cheval des Andes and Dom Ruinart Champagne

To cover our food costs, we ask the modest fee of $7/person and because the tasting is over the course of 5 hours, there is no need to RSVP, and please, come at your leisure.
