Whether you've decided to go meatless once a week or on a full vegetarian diet, you will need to get creative. This class will show you fun and unique ways to prepare vegetables, including flavoring oils with fresh herbs. Recipes are heart-healthy and diabetic-friendly. Quinoa and Kale Patties with Roasted Garlic Aioli; Warm Lentil, Mushroom, and Arugula Salad with Rosemary-Pear Vinaigrette; Winter Vegetable Chowder; Lavender-Dark Chocolate Tart with Cardamom-Almond Crust
