Brenda Burns serves the congregation of Vienna Assembly of God as pastor. She is ordained with the General Council of the Assemblies of God and holds a degree in Music Communication from George Mason University. Her current ministry focus is developing connections to support spiritual transformation individually and in communities, with emphasis on racial reconciliation, a vibrant Christian witness, and continuous learning to lead with—and be led by—love.
Brenda serves on several regional teams, supporting prayer initiatives throughout the DMV, targeted programs for female ministers and congregants, and leadership development. She has written for Potomac Ministry Network publications, and been a guest contributor to other blogs such as Her Green Room.
Brenda is married to Craig, and they have three married children, three beautiful granddaughters and four stunning grandsons.
