About Us

We are a 100% volunteer service organization committed to supporting youth in the Greater Vienna community. Optimists fund scholarships, donate to local schools, athletic teams and youth organizations, and volunteer to help kids in many ways. The Vienna Optimist Club operates the Vienna Saturday Farmers Market, every Saturday from May through October, at 301 Center Street South, Vienna, VA 22180. Our ''Walk and Family Fun Day for Growing Hope'' raises money for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Each year we sell Christmas trees and holiday greens as our major fundraiser for all our youth-oriented activities. New members are always welcome!
