Wolf Trap: Kiran Ahluwalia
Kiran Ahluwalia is a modern exponent of the vocal traditions of India and Pakistan. Her original compositions embody Indian, West African blues, contemporary jazz, rock, and R&B influences. She has collaborated with the legendary Malian group Tinariwen as well as fiddler Natalie McMasters and renowned fado masters.
