Wolf Trap - Duplessy & the Violins of the World

Violins of the World is the brainchild of French Gypsy guitarist and composer Mathias Duplessy. This concert brings together instruments, rhythms, and melodies of many different cultures in unique arrangements.

The group consists of Chinese erhu master Guo Gan, Mongolian horsehead fiddle virtuoso Dalaijargal Daansuren, French nychelharpa player Aliocha Regnard, and Duplessy, armed with his acoustic guitar.
