Volunteers Needed to Help Stuff the Halloween in a Bag!

The Halloween in a Bag is almost ready to go out to Vienna families, but just needs a little extra help!

The Town of Vienna Parks & Recs is looking for some volunteers who would be interested in helping to stuff the Halloween Goodies into the Halloween-in-a-Bag!  There are a lot of fun activities and goodies and 750 bags to stuff!

Volunteer shifts are scheduled for: 
Thursday, 10/8- 11:45 AM- 1:45 PM
Thursday, 10/8- 2-4 PM 
Friday, 10/9- 11 AM- 1PM

All shifts will take place indoors at the Vienna Community Center Auditorium. Face coverings are required at all times, social distancing will be practiced. Volunteers are encouraged to wash their hands before and after bag stuffing and to use hand sanitizer as needed intermittently (hand sanitzer will be provided in the auditorium). All volunteers will be asked to sign a COVID release form upon checking in.
