The Insight Shop offers a wide range of classes and events designed to help people strengthen mindfulness, explore novel approaches to mind-body health, and reconnect with their creativity. The Insight Shop stands out as a place to discover multiple approaches to mindful living, all under one roof.

We're so grateful to all of the people and local businesses who have supported us along the way. We're especially happy to be revitalizing this funky little house in the heart of Vienna, and turning it into a true gathering place.
