Elizabeth Ernst has been a somatic healer for 25 years in Southern California. Now she incorporates sound healing in her work in Northern Virginia. Having studied and taught meditation and massage therapy, she is fascinated by the power of sound healing. She sees vibrational healing as powerful, deep, transformative, yet gentle. Sound healing can immediately and positively effect our body, mind and spirit.
