SourceCore: Donations for Dogs Yoga

SourceCore Studio is excited to host a donation-based class to help the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation (LDCRF)! We invite you to “paws and reflect” with our very own Brandon as he guides you through an all levels class dedicated to functional movement and wellness.

Time: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m
Location: SourceCore Studio
LDCRF is a non-profit animal rescue organization that saves the lives of thousands of homeless and abandoned pets each year. They rescue dogs and cats facing euthanasia in overcrowded shelters and place them for adoption in loving homes.
This class will be open to EVERYONE and the only requirements are:
1. Donate to LDCRF either before or after class (https://lostdogrescue.org/).There is no minimum or maximum so donate what you can
2. Show up and do what you can!
3. Listen to your body
4. Have fun!
