• Washington Consumer Checkbook – know what clients say about you and your competitors online.  (You may be doing this for Yelp or Angie’s List, but this is another place where you may not know who’s saying what.)
• Investment databases with industry and company data on competitors or B2B prospects.
• Databases with great full-text business magazine coverage like Proquest’s ABI/Global.
