Announcing the 17th Annual Vienna Oktoberfest!

The 2026 Oktoberfest event will feature:

  • Live entertainment on three stages
  • Multiple Beer/Wine Gardens with food
  • Great, FREE, Kids activities and games
  • Festival Marketplace
  • Artisan Market 
  • Business Expo Showcase 
  • Wellness Market Place
  • And LOADS and LOADS of FUN!!!

The Vienna Oktoberfest event provides an ideal venue to showcase your business to thousands of attendees of all ages.  This is an incredibly affordable way to market your business to the NOVA community and have a great time doing it!

Over the past 16 years, booth space has sold out, so please don't delay or you could miss out on this fabulous opportunity! 

Registration accepted online only.
Payment with credit card is highly recommended
Payment by check is acceptable, and must be received within 30 days of registration
All payments and required paperwork must be received by September 4, or your space may be forfeited. 


The deadline to register and pay is Friday, September 4, 2026. But...don't delay! First come first placed!  (
*email for waitlist placement for items that cannot be registered).




We do not accept hard copy paper applications

1) Download/Read the Non-Food Vendor Application **
2) Complete the online application by clicking  "Register" above
**By submitting this online registration form and payment you are acknowledging you have read and will abide by the Non-food vendor agreement. All required paperwork and payments must be received by September 4, 2026 in order for your application to be a complete agreement.
