The 2019 Oktoberfest event will feature:
- Live entertainment on three stages: Main Stage in the Caboose Beer Garden, Town Green Stage & Center Street Acoustic Stage.
- Two Beer/Wine Gardens- (Main Garden is the Caboose Garden in the main parking lot on Church Street, Secondary Beer location is in the midst of the Mill Street Food Court
- Access to beer and wine at all food locations
- Great Kids activities and games
- Hand-Makers Market
- Business Expo Showcase
- Marketplatz Market on Dominion Rd.
- German Auto Show
- Multi-National food vendors on Mill Street
- And LOADS and LOADS of FUN!!!
The Vienna Oktoberfest event provides an ideal venue to showcase your business to 20,000 to 35,000 attendees of all ages. You'll have the opportunity to personally interact with thousands of potential new customers. This is an incredibly affordable way to do marketing and community outreach and is great publicity for your business, all while having fun!
Over the past ten years, booth space has sold out, so please don't delay or you could miss out on this fabulous opportunity! The deadline to submit your application/ paperwork and payment is Tuesday, September 10, 2019.

By submitting this online registration form and payment you are acknowledging you have read and will abide by the Non-food vendor agreement. All required paperwork and payments must be received by September 10, 2019 in order for your application to be a complete agreement.
