Vienna’s next Mayor @ Your Service forum takes on pedestrian and bicycle safety at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, at Town Hall, 127 Center Street S.
 
Vienna police officers will review essential equipment and rules, provide safety tips such as making eye contact with drivers, and discuss practices such as why it may not always be best to ride on the sidewalk, but it’s always a good idea when on foot to use crosswalks.
 
Members of Vienna’s Pedestrian Advisory Committee and Bicycle Advisory Committee also will be on hand to share information and answer questions.
