JOI Club Meeting

This event recognizes the accomplishments of local JOI Clubs and their efforts to promote positive change in their communities.  JOI, Junior Optimist International, ia an active youth service organization.  There are 3 groups: elementary (6-9 yrs.), middle (10-13 yrs.) and high school (14-18 yrs.).
