Holst's The Planets in HD

Gaze in wonder as breathtaking NASA images and footage are projected onto a giant screen, complementing Holst’s awe-inspiring masterpiece. Full feature film will be projected in HD onto screens in-house and on the lawn and accompanied by the music of a live symphony orchestra.

The first part of the program features stellar young pianist Alexander Malofeev, who joins the orchestra to perform Rachmaninoff's famous Piano Concerto No. 2—an irresistible favorite brimming with sheer romantic drama and show-stopping thunder.
