The Lab | Breakin' Academy is a breakdance facility for kids, teens, and adults.
Founded in 2011 in Washington D.C., The Lab is considered the first dance academy to specialize in breakin' as an art form and as a competitive sport. Our unique program and curriculum guides students through our lace ranks. Like martial arts, laces represent student progress as they learn to break.
We offer both weekday and weekend classes, as well as summer camps and day camps when schools have planned closures.
