Piperade puree, head on shrimp, piperade, crisp country ham, basil

Walk (Boxcar Brown Ale)

Braised beef short-rib, honey spiced roasted heirloom carrots, parsnip chips, chili soil

Dessert (Vanilla Bean Hobo Imperial Stout)

Honey chocolate, chocolate glass, peanut butter powder, vanilla bean custard
