Active Aging Wellness Exercise Class for Older Adults focusing on low impact aerobics, balance, coordination and stretching. 
Class meets for 1 hour, once a week, for six weeks. Sponsored by SCOV.

Wednesdays, 11 am - 12 noon

Oakton Church of the Brethren (near Unity), 10025 Courthouse Road, Vienna, VA 22181

Class will be led by Timothy Sun, exercise physiologist. Please bring the payment of $40 for the 6 week session to the first class, checks must be made out to Sun Fitness LLC.
