9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

Vienna remembers…9/11
               
American Legion Dyer-Gunnell Post 180 and the Town of Vienna will host a remembrance service to honor those lost during September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks at 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 11, on the Town Green, behind the Freeman Store. The ceremony is free and open to the public.
 
U.S. Army Col. (Ret.) Glenn Snodgrass, who served in various command and staff positions in the United States, Vietnam, and Germany at the height of the Cold War, will be the speaker. Following retirement from the Army, Snodgrass worked in the defense industry for 15 years.
