DESCRIPTION:Vienna's most popular event! This fun\, free parade features originally created floats\, bands\, costumed kids\, and more. The Vienna Halloween Parade is co-hosted by the Town of Vienna and the Vienna Business Association. The 2018 theme is "Celebrating Great Cities of the World\," and Michelle Scott\, Executive Director of the Shepherd's Center of Oakton-Vienna\, will serve as Grand Marshal. Parade application deadline is September 21.\n\nWear a Costume and come join the fun!\n\n\n\nDonate to the Kids Goodie Bags!  Must donate 1000 items and they must be fun for kids!  No straight up marketing please..  (some ideas: whistles\, bracelets\, coloring books\, stickers\, tatoos\, etc.. etc..)\n\n\n\nClick "Register Now"  to register your contribution to the Kids Goody Bag!  \n\nAll donations must be delivered to the Community Center no later then October 18!!
