DESCRIPTION:New Resident Welcome Bag\n\nRevised instructions\, please read!\n\n\n\nEach month the VBA will distribute the VBA WELCOME BAGS to the new residents in the Town of Vienna! All VBA members in good standing (current member with dues paid up to date) may contribute to the VBA Welcome Bag every month\, every other month\, or once a year! Do what works best for you and your business!\n\n\n\nParticipation Process:\n\nRegister Each Month: Register on line for each month that you wish to contribute to the bag.\n\nNumber of items: As we play "catch up" for 2020\, we will deliver 75 bags each month\, so 75 identical items are required.\n\nItem Drop off Deadline: January items must be delivered by 3pm on Wednesday\, Jan 13\, 2021\n\nDrop Off Location: Georgen Scarbourogh & Associates\, 243 Church St\, NW Suite 100e\n\nDrop Off Time: Monday - Friday\, 9am - 5pm (or drop in the mail slot after hours\, and mark your package with "VBA Welcome Bag")\n\nDelivery Method: All items must be secured with a paper clip/rubber band or in an envelope\n\n\n\nContribution Criteria: \n\n\n\nPaper only\, no marketing swag\n\n\n\nMust be flat and no more than one 8.5" x 11" page\; no newsletters\, no swag. These bags are mailed to the residents and we have lots of contributors\, we need to keep cost down.\n\n\n\nOffer must be something of value such as a complimentary item\, or discounted service and must be clear what the $ value is. Remember this is a "welcome" gift or promotion for new neighbors.\n\n\n\nWe suggest you do not include an expiration date. All items including expiration dates must be dated 6 months out from the mailing date.
