SUMMARY:Holiday Window Dressing Contest-2nd Annual!
DESCRIPTION:Ring in the holidays - and sales\n\nAfter a successful first year\, the Town Business Liaison Committee's second annual Holiday Window Decorating Competition is back!\n\n\n\nThis competition is designed to draw attention to local businesses\, foster a festive atmosphere during the holidays\, attract new visitors\, and encourage residents to do their holiday shopping in Vienna and discover our local gems. The theme for this year's competition is simply "The Holidays   Vienna Style."\n\n\n\nBusinesses may choose to make their displays as simple or as elaborate as they wish. Pictures of the finalists' window displays will be posted on the Town's social media and featured here in Town Business Matters.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, Mayor Laurie DiRocco will offer one hour of her time as a guest employee to assist the winning business during the holiday rush.\n\n\n\nSecond\, third\, and fourth place winners will share a sponsorship for a 2019 Summer on the Green concert date. \n\n\n\nAll window displays must be ready by Friday\, November 23. Displays will be judged on Small Business Saturday\, November 24. Winners will be announced at the Church Street Holiday Stroll on Monday\, November 26.
