\nThe Town Business Liaison Committee and Parks and Recreation Department are joining together to host a Holiday Decorating Contest and Porch Parade this Holiday Season! \;

Businesses AND residents may enter the contest this year as long as their address is inside Town limits. The theme for the contest is
Light Up Vienna- decorations must be visible from the street and can be as simple or as elaborate as desired. \;

\n
To participate in the decorating contest:\n
\n1- \; Sign up via google forms \;
here \;anytime between now and December 7. Note you must have a google account to use this option.
\n
\nIf you do not have a google account\, download
this form and return it to
Lily Widman by December 7. \;
\n
\n2- Have your home or store front decorated by December 7 and a photo of your decorations submitted to lily.widman@viennava.gov. \;
\n
\n3- Watch your email on December 8 and be ready to share the porch parade route with your clients\, friends and neighbors. Encourage them to tour the parade route and vote for you! \;

on December 8. Pack the whole family into the car and take in the Vienna holiday spirit! \;

\n2- While you see the sights be sure to mark down your favorite displays and vote for your favorite home AND business. A link to vote will be posted to this page.

The deadline to get your vote in is 11:59 pm December 16. \;\n
\n
\nWinners will be announced December 17 on Town social media @ TownofViennaVA. The winning business will receive one hour of Mayor Linda Colbert'\;s time as a guest employee. Winning residents will receive gift cards from local businesses (more details coming soon) to be presented by the mayor. \; \;
