DESCRIPTION:Historic Vienna\, Inc. confirms the new dates for the 2015 Used Book Sale fundraiser.  The sale will be held on Saturday\, April 18 and Sunday\, April 19\, with the Members Only Preview Sale on Friday\, April 17.  To accommodate the new date\, books are being collected now through April 10. Books may be left on the front porch of the Freeman Store\, 131 Church Street\, NE at any time. Donors are reminded not to leave encyclopedias\, textbooks or magazines of any kind. For information on donations or on the sale\, call (703) 938-5187 or visit www.historicviennainc.org. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nHistoric Vienna\, Inc. would like to remind Scout leaders\, organizers of school field trips\, and program/activity chairs of any group that we offer tours of the historic Freeman Store\, customized to the age\, size and interests of the tour group. Our docents use anecdotes and objects from HVI's collections to make the history of Vienna and the Freeman Store come alive. The free tours are by appointment only\, open to any group. Please note that the Freeman Store and Museum is closed January and February\, but tours\, visits\, or requests for merchandise can be arranged by calling (703) 938-5187. \n\n \n\n \n\nThe Freeman Store and Museum has an opening for a part-time storekeeper. This job share position combines selling local and other merchandise\, while sharing Vienna's history with Freeman Store and Museum visitors.
