She is a licensed Executive and Leadership Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching based in London\, UK and has a global certification through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Additionally\, she provides consulting services for individuals and companies looking to solve business problems.\n\nAdditional professional work experience has been in Human Resources\, Accounting\, Budget and Finance\, Business Management and Operations\, Change Management\, Strategy and Sales and Marketing.\n\nFrancesca LeFrancois is a dedicated financial advisor concentrated on guiding individuals and families toward their financial goals.
